How to change a radius arm bracket
This is part of your front end suspension.
And here's a damaged one that someone tried to fix. Now lets fix it the right way.
Soak the bolt with penetrating oil, you may also need to heat it up. Clean the threads good with a wire brush.
Get a good breaker bar and start pulling. This one actually came off with little effort.
There's a bolt and a few rivets holding this on. Get out your grinder and grind off the heads. Then use a hammer and punch to remove the rest
Try to clean up the area.
Line up the new bracket and put the bolts in place.
The tighten everything down.
