Default 4-High and 4-Low 4wd Setting

Have you guys gone awhile without shifting it into 4wd and it makes a light "clunk"noise when in 4hi and shift back into drive from nuetral and a even louder "clunk" doing the same process but in 4lo. I just wanna make sure it normal before i take it back to the dealer its a 2010 f150 screw. I try to put it in 4wd once a month just to make sure everything is operating nice and smooth.

mine makes a small noise, and sometimes its a little loud, but I figure it is normal... I have a hard time thinking your truck is having issues with the 4X4 with less than two years on her

It's normal. Even the manual states that it will make some noise.

I have a 2013. Mine bangs really hard when shifting into 4 high. They have replaced the left side IWE and vacuum solenoid. It destroyed one transfer case so far. They still haven't found the problem. I have posted on the drivetrain tech forum. I've had no responses.

Some noise is normal, but if it's a clunk, really noisy, or sometimes does not engage, check the TSBs for your model year. The most common problem I've seen is the vacuum solenoid failing or a vacuum leak in the system.
