93 F150 Not Power Shifting
 

I have a 93 f150 xlt it is shifting hard, and the speedometer is not working, the odomoter works and so does the tachometer. I have checked all the fusses and none of them are blown. I replaced the abs sensor and the pigtail for it as well. I also tried replacing the speedo cluster and that didnt work either. Any help would be greatly appriciated beacuse i am stuck.
