Default ball joints and ujoints 98 f150

I need to do my upper and lower ball joints as well as my u joints and I was looking for some feedback on what brand you would recommend along with a round about price. I'm expecting a son in 6 months and because of my ball joints being so bad it tore my front tires up bad, I don't want any problems when my sons here bc I didn't do things right so I'm not going to buy the low end brands. Any feed back would be helpful guys thanks.

Get under the truck and grab the u-joint and try moving it from side to side and back and forth. If it moves...replace it.

If the u-joint is good, check your transmission mount(s).
