Front rotor hub height?

I need some new front rotors. 2003 f-150 lariat 5.4 L
parts house is asking me the hub height 4.05 or 4.09?
im measuring from floor to top of hub with a straight edge and getting like 3.8 . what gives ?
anybody run into this?
