2004 - 2007 F-150 Spark Plugs
 
The original 2004-2007 F-150 5.4L spark plug is the SP-507. This spark plug was replaced with the SP-515, supposedly to help the seizing/breakage problem the SP-507
has. I bought one of each part number, just to see if I could see a difference in them. Both plugs appear to be 3 piece, with the threaded hex nut welded to the lower GND
shield that extends into the combustion chamber. The only difference I saw was the GND shield is slightly shorter on the SP-515, as can be seen in photo #6:

Hopefully they used the Nickel anti-seize on the GND shield when they
installed them. I'm sure I will use the SP-515's when I replace mine...
