You'll need the ac compressor, evaporator, coil, air box, belts, clutch assembly, a pulley or two, HVAC controller and possibly a new wiring harness to make it all work. All $$ and loads of time and a good understanding of what the heck you'd be getting yourself into so you can get the job done. IMO - not worth the time or effort.
This kinda show all the parts that you'd need and a link for a aftermarket kit - http://www.bought4less.com/bought4le...48406d6-p.html https://www.f150-forums.com/attachme...ine=1321926333 |
I helped install an aftermarket kit once. Never again.

junk yard will be you best bet to find all the pieces you need
might even need a bracket to hold a/c compressor i havent looked at mine to see if it bolts str8 to the block or not good luck |
What is a 2007 F150 running in the lines, is it some sort of synthetic freeon ?
