Looks nice, but is it me or does the back tire look really tight in the wheel well.

I was thinking the same thing. Might be the light or the angle. Looks good though!

I noticed that too.

I like the truck. Tires are too stuffed for my liking though

that looks great!

Thanks guys! Yeah i've noticed the unproportional look too. It's either cause of the angle i was at, It was a halfassed picture shot, or because my leveling kit over leveled it a little bit. I'm about to purchase the Skyjacker 3" lift to make em look a tad better.

I would search around a little before then, I've seen a lot that leveling 3 inches can cause the CVs to bind. That kit is pretty expensive for what it is too

yeah stay away from the skyjacker kit. a 2.5" kit will level it enough to fit the 35's.. Heck even the bilsteins leveled to 2" will fit 35's depending on which tire you go with

Truck looks good, but too much tire for not enough lift. Hopefully after the lift it'll look better.

It is a great looking truck, I loved the blue Ford used on these years of F-150s. Good luck on finding a the right lift for it!

I appreciate it man, I love the color scheme on it. I've only seen one other F150 around here that has the same.

Nice looking truck. I'm running the same tires on '07 Super Crew with the King coil over kit.

terrible one 02-04-2011 10:46 AM

Gee thanks, thanks for making those tires look better on your truck than mine. lol.

Coner 02-05-2011 07:29 PM

I think it looks awesome

Thanks man

Terrible One and Robert B both of your trucks look awesome!

I have a 2006 2wd Screw that has a 2.5" level in the front and 1.5" blocks in the rear. I am thinking about putting the same 285/75/18 Toyo ATs on my truck, most likely on oem fx4 wheels. I know it is a 2wd and it might look even more cramped, but I have seen 2 other guys with leveled 2wds fit 315/70/17 tires and they are over an inch wider than these.

I will probably be lifting my truck but I want to use oem wheels and 35" tires. I was thinking about going with a 6" Skyjacker lift kit (my 2wd would look like a 4wd F150 with a 4" lift kit). And I think the 11.3 inch with of the 285/75/18 Toyo tire with help me use this tire now and in the future when I take off my leveling kit and put on my 6" lift.

I searched the internet up and down for pictures of people using the 285/75/18 sized tire and yall were the only 2 people I found using them on an F150.

Here is my truck as is now with 265/70/17 tires:

Thanks man! good looking truck too by the way. I wish i had fx4 wheels too. I love that style. You won't have a problem throwing on those 35" toyo's with your leveling kit. All i have is a leveling kit too and they fit perfectly, i love em. And they'll still look good with a 4 or 6" lift also.

I have a 2wd and I think they will fit too. I have seen numerous people run a 315/70/17 tire on leveled 2wd's. And this tire is only slightly taller but over an inch narrower so it should work easily.

with a 6" lift on my 2wd it will sit like a 4wd with a 4" lift, which is what I am going for.
