Hesitate occasional intake backfire on accelerate

I tried searching the forum, but WOW.... there is a LOT of history here...

2005 F150 Lariat SCREW 5.4L3V
New: motor, plugs, coils, fuel filter, throttle body (verified faulty), intake manifold (studs broke for baffle controller), MAF, TPS, Cats (verified faulty).
NO CODES at this time.

AT almost every take off an acceleration, it will hesitate and occasionally backfire through intake manifold.
I have considered the the fuel pump controller, but it doesn't seem right.
In Ford's infinite wisdom they removed the schraeder valve for the fuel rail so I have to rely on OBD. I do wonder if the pressure dips just enough at the beginning to feel it but not throw a code. I does seem like a fuel delivery problem as I also think I should have WAY more power at top end - feels like it is starving for fuel.

I took to a shop an they were unable to find anything - though they really didn't get their hands dirty (electronic diagnostics). I am considering going to dealership as they will have the proprietary software to see what other shop could not.

Thoughts..?
