2006 F-150 SCrew
Hi guys i am new to these forums and am trying to learn as much as i can. I am going to look at an '06 SCrew 5.4l with 29,000mi. I was looking for some pointers on what to look for. I know about the plug problem but i don't see that as a huge factor because of the low mileage. any help would be apreciated.
thanks, Kyle

yeah thats some low miles.
i would check to make the 4wd works(if you can) if not, the vacuum housing that engages the hub can get dirty, all it needs is a good clean and greasing. (at least mine did)
you should have the good axles. the pinion seal sometimes give out, not a big deal.
other than that if something goes wrong just ask it on here. hope everything works for ya. let us know.

I had a ton of issues with my vacuum and hubs on the front of my Ex but it had way more mileage and years behind it.
I guess we just need to know what youre budgeting and are you checking out all the venues for a users f150 like eBay and autotrader??
