Default Replacing seat covers

Have a 2006 ford f150 xlt supercab. Would really like to replace my seat covers but cannot remove my head rests. Anyone out the that can help me????

Pull the headrest all the way up until it reaches it highest point (can't go up any higher).

Then, simultaneously press and hold both the adjust/release button and the unlock/remove button, then pull up on the head restraint.
