Speedo reads 80+ when doing about 30 Need Help! 2005 f150 fx4 supercab with 5.4 liter
 

Hey everyone,
My first post is unfortunately A bad one. I am having trouble with my speedo and shifting. I have a 2005 f150 fx4. It had transfer case problems (electric motor died). I got that repaired and now I'm having bad problems with the truck. The shifting is very rough from 1st to 2nd gear and the other shifts are bad too. My speedo is also reading over 80mph when going around 25mph. I have checked all fuses that would relate to this, and I also got a new speed control that goes in the side of the transmission. Nothing has changed. I've searched all I can online and can't find any solution. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!!
