Default Should I buy this??? HELP ASAP!!

2006 F150 4X4 LARIAT, This truck looks like its never been sat in, not a scratch on the outside either, absolutely perfect. Has 86,000 for $18,900. My only concern is that there is a very slight knock?? I dont even know if it is a knock but its at least a very slight noise when warm at idle. Clean Oasis report, clean CarFax, always maintaned at dealer. What do ya'll think? Run? Or buy this truck. I need to trade my 6.0 powerstroke in ASAP before the thing explodes so help me out here.

A knock at idle while warm can be from mechanical issues or due to fuel leaning issues with bad injectors, etc. Before you buy, take it to a trusted mechanic for a once over and use their recommendations.

I bought it! Truck runs great and is in MINT condition. The tick/slight knock is slightly a concern but everything I have read seems to be quite common. I am going to try some seafoam or other injector cleaner and change the oil to a synthetic and see if it helps. What are yall's thoughts on going to a 15-40, or a 5-40 synthetic?

Stick with the manufacturers recommendation. 15-40w is a bit too viscous. Synthetic is good though.

Well first of all congratulations for the truck... I think the 15-40 is the good one performance wise. Anyhow you haven't shared any photo of your truck. Please share some good photos truck interior and exterior.
