TRUCK WONT TURN OVER 2006 F-150 SUPER CREW LARIAT

i have had this issue for the past 3 months , truck would not turn over , Battery is good , have plenty of power , I have one coded key and when i try to start the alarm system light does what it is suppose to accordding to owners manual , Glows solid then turns off . I do have a aftermarket remote start and alarm which I thought be the issue and according to there phone tech support they believe its something in truck , but the alarm dealer will be my first stop it I can get it started .

It started to do it once in awhile and after any where from 3 trys to 20 trys the truck would start , And it wouldnt do it everytime just once in awhile.
Then it started to happen more frequently and the everytime until finaly it wont start no matter what I did .
Out of not knowing what else to do and thinking it was my remote start ( which has worked fine for 4yrs without one issue) I dissconnected the battery and let truck set for a week , just got busy doing other things ,
When I reconnected the truck it started on third try I drove it around town stopping 3 times and it restarted on first try all 3 times .
The next day it wouldnt start again no matter how trys , which was yesterday ,
I turn the key and I hear no noise except I do hear a slite click coming from relay/fuse box . All lights lite up as normal on dash , head lights interior , no other electric issues . Im thinking I need to check relay , maybe the transmission switch , then the starter solinoid.
I have moved the gera slector around , checked battery and chargeing system , coded keys , sercuri lock system , Any body have any advice ?????IT would be greatly appreciated Im not a mechanic but I have done brakes , starters altenators, That sort of stuff ,,,,,Thank You All /New Member/Mark / NJ

If you have a coded key that goes into an ignition switch, it might be that the switch and key are dirty. Use some spray electronic cleaner and spray the inside of the ignition switch and then the key. Give it a go. Sometimes dirt insulated the RFID and reader.

Thank You
I will give that a try , Im working on it now and I just tested the relay , it is good but there is no voltage going to it when key is turned , so i got it narrowed done a little . I also have to say that Motorcraft Online services Manuals are nice ! .
