2011 f150 abs kicking on when stopping

2011 f150 abs kicking on when stopping
I have a 2011 f150 lariat limited and when I go to stop the abs system starts to kick on and you can feel it in the brake petal. The service advance trac came on one time and then went away and hasn't came back on I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.
