Should I spend ~$500 on Detroit Truetrac or stick with stock LS?

hey all, so im about to order the gears for the truck, and just wondering if you guys suggest i spend the extra ~500 on a Detroit True-trac for the rear or just stick with the Stock LS that i already have? Thanks for the advice!

Tough call. I guess if you feel like the stock unit is working well enough, leave it.
I haven't had enough experience with the true trac to say if it's worth the money.

Thanks Brian.. I decided to just hold off on the Tru-trac right now.. Figure if im going ot spend 500 bucks, its going to be on a selectable locker, which i dont NEED right now.. although i would love to have it..
