1978 Ranger Lariat Fuel Tank
 

Totally stupid question: which gas tank is the main tank? Front or rear? Cannot tell in the cabin which one I am using at the moment due to the gas gauge not working.

Just got the 78 and love it but I ran out of gas today so I added to both tanks to get going.
