Default 2005 with funny tire wearing issue?!

hey all, so i have an 05 f150 with a 6" skyjacker lift, and 35x12.5r17 KM2's. well, recently the front tires were wearing REALLY bad and wierd. like the inside lugs, every other lug was about half as tall as the one next to it?! so i took it to the local shop, they said it was my UCA's and right front tie rod causing the issue. Cool, replaced all that, rotated the tires, and good. So i thought. Now the fronts are starting to wear like this AGAIn. not NEARLY as bad yet as the last time YET, but noticeable to me since i saw it before.

What could be causing this!? truck drives strait as can be, no vibes, or anything?!

Could the alignment be off when it drives straight

Yes. Alignment has to do how your wheels sit on the spindles/axels. Unusual tire wear is usually caused by improper alignment, but can also be caused by worn or damaged front end parts - including shocks.

Hmmm. Well everything up front should be gtg suspension wise, shocks are the crappy skyjacker ones, but less than 2 years old. I might have to take it back to the shop and have them to through it again.. they are the only ones in my area that can align the truck with the 35s, no one else has big enough equipment apparently.

Jacken it up should have pushed the outside in and brought about more wear there. So obviously Houston we've got problems, with the ball lower joints probably. Couple that with bouncing shocks? More strange wear? Jack it up and you can see/feel wear in the suspension. In and out/top to bottom for Ball Joints. Sometimes a visual inspection and seeing wear/rust/red or dark brown is best obvious decision.
