I just purchased a 2005 F - 150 XL a month ago and when I got it it has a blue led in the dash, just left of the steering wheel near the interior light adjustment. It stays on all the time until the ignition is turned on and then it goes out. Have no idea what it is for. Anyone have any ideas?

Possibly your alarm... my alarm indicator light is blue but my alarm is after market
