Default My plans for the truck this year

Once I get my car back on the road I plan to do some work on the truck. here's my wish list for the year.

First, replace both engine mounts, a lot of slop there.

next, replace a bad U joint. Again, slop.

I have a cracked exhaust manifold, going to replace that, or if I find headers I might toss those on.

Want to pick up a good set of tires from craigslist. Seen several sets for $100

Now the fun.

Going to pick up some sheet metal and fix up my rust and holes. It's really not all that bad. I'll then clean up the body and finally paint it. Might change the color a little bit, but nothing major.

Want to pull the bumpers off and build tube bumpers front and rear.

Want to put side step rails, pipe style.

2" hitch on the front and rear

A winch that's on a 2" receiver, so I can move it from front to back.

A brush guard on the front. To many deer in this area.

If I have the funds and find a deal, a plow. Mainly for plowing my driveway, not to go out and plow parking lots.

Clean up the inside a bit.

All in all, I want to make the truck presentable, it's a beater, but still no reason why it can't look good.
