Default Define Econoline Rear End

Howdie,
I am new to the forum and returning to the "Ford family". I joined to get a question answered. I just recently purchased a 2014 F150 STX Sport (4x2 Supercab) with 14,000 original miles. The truck is in Immaculate condition and I love the STX Sport Package. I have been trying to determine what type of rear end is on my truck. I have determined by the axle code (24) on the drivers door that the gear ratio is 3:73. However when I try to gain more info on the type of rear it is I can only find on the Ford rear end decoder 3:73 "Econoline". I an assuming the "econoline" designation means the rear end is a Non limited slip rear end. I have looked for a tab or punch ID on the rear end itself and have found no pertinent info such as "3L73" That would indicate a limited slip rear. I cannot imagine a truck (in this day in age) without at least a limited slip configuration if not an "auto (or electronic) Locker". I love my new (to me) truck but not having at least a limited slip differential is concerning since I do tow a boat and small camper. I know there is going to be asphalt pretty much everywhere i go and I reside in Florida so no snow and Ice conditions. However boat ramps can be slick & some campsites are dirt roads and we also have "sugar sand" down here. So I would like to have the security of traction on both rear wheels. I had a detroit "truetrac" auto locker installed on my old truck ("94" GMC)when the factory limited slip went bad. Man o man what a difference it made & I loved it! If it turns out I only "one wheel" drive I will make an effort to get a truetrac installed on this truck ASAP. the thing that is hard for me to understand is how a truck could be engineered with ex heavy duty suspension and a tow package with a generic non limited slip or better rear end?? Any info that could be provided would be greatly appreciated.
