I have a 2013 F150 XLT that has recently developed a problem with the driver power seat. My wife, who is vertically challenged, raises the seat to its maximum height when driving the truck, which has not been a problem over the past 3+ years of ownership. However, there has now arisen a problem in that the seat will move in every direction EXCEPT down. As I am NOT vertically challenged, this presents a problem for me as it causes me to bump my head when entering if I forget to duck.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, have you determined a fix for said problem?
