Im hoping that there is a decent set of pads out there that will reduce the amount of brake dust/ just help the truck stop better. What are y'all running?

 

i had awesome luck with Hawke LTS pads on my ranger so thats what i will be using all around on my F-150. i noticed alot less dust and the stopping was much improved over OEM pads on my ranger so i hope to get the same result on the F-150.

 

Where did you get them from?

About 1000 miles ago I put on new front rotors (napa premiums I think) and Napa Ultra Premium Ceramic pads. So far I love them. The truck stops great, they are very quiet, almost no noticeable dust. Previously I could clean the wheels and drive a few hundred miles on the highway and the front wheels would be a mess, not with these.

 

I ran Wagner Thermo Quiet, about 3 sets, and they are the loudest squeakers Ive eve put on the truck. I just went back to Napa specials. I dont know about brake dust, I dont have the truck clean enough to tell.

 

I was thinking about running some yellow stuff pads,and slotted rotors. never ran ebc pads before. i havent heard any complaints about them though either.

what do yall think?
