Default Need Help - Service center question!!

I have a question for all u new truck owners out there. At the beginning of winter I

took my truck in for it's 8000km service, I change my own oil, but needed the tires

rotated. They have a hoist and I don't so no brainier. My problem is that who ever

rotated the tire scratched all four rims, were u would pry the center cap off. So

should I complain about the scratches even though I just noticed them. And should

they fix them.

Or should I get some cheese with my wine? ha ha

Thx Bill

i would go bring it to a manager's attention over there, thats bs. you paid a lot of money for that truck to have somebody screw up the finish on your wheel. that would bug me. they might not do anything, but i would bring it to their attention.

I'm reporting back on my rim issue. Dealership replaced all four at No cost.
Tech said that someone else must of scratched it (you know the blame game) but at least there done.

And I'm a happy Customer

Surprised you got them replaced. most of the time they just say we didn't do it. I'm a firm believer of, if you have to take it in, you watch them.
