Hello, i have a 1989 f150 xlt lariat Manuel 5 speed with a 302 v8, about 4 months ago i was driving and all of a sudden my throttle stuck in between shifts. So i replace my IAC valve, Tps, ECU, EVP, Battery, upper intake gasket,and spark plugs. somewhere along there it helped it out alot but its still there, when i clear the brain through disconnecting the battery my truck will be fine but the more you drive it the worse it will be. When i push in the clutch my RPMS will hang for a bit, and when im in neutral and i put my A/C on my rpms will surge with the compressor turning on and off. NO codes. Please i need help!!!!!!!!!!!!

clean the throttle body, i know it says not too, remove it from intake and clean the backside of the throttle plates, might need to scrape the crap out of it! reinstall clear the pcm and start it
