Default All weather tire for rainy city?

Hi!
I'm looking to replace the stock 20" Pirelli Scorpion tires on my 2007 F150. I live in Vancouver, and they are terrible in the rain. The past couple of winters we've gotten a fair bit of snow. When it does snow, I have to park the truck.
It's time for new tires!

I nearly bought Cooper Discoverer's AT3 4S but then I read that were not great highway tires. I do mostly local driving and occasionally have to use the highway. I don't offroad at all - I just need a good tire for the Vancouver rain and the 1 to 2 weeks of snow we've been getting in recent years. Plus I like to take my nieces tobogganing and some of our local mountains won't let your vehicle up past a certain point without either the snow peaks or M+S rating. So I decided on all weather tires.

I've narrowed my search to 4 tires and was hoping to get a little input from someone more knowledgeable!
1) BFGoodrich Advantage T-A Sport LT
2) Kumho Cruger HT51
4) Toyo Celsius CUV
5) Cooper Discoverer AT3 4s

Thanks!
