P0506 and P0357 code, need help

I have a 2003 f150 v8 5.4 supercrew. And it throw a code po357 ing coil g . I change all sparkplugs and cyc#7 and it still have a missfire. Anyone has any idea let me know.

I have the same problem. Mine is 2003 v8 5.4 I had change coil#g ,which is cyc#7 right and all sparkplugs. But is stll running like crap, any idea?

spray some carb cleaner around the manifold, looking for a vacuum leak, idle will pick up if you find it.

Has anyone ever dealt with a situation where your truck suddenly throws confusing codes and you start looking for anything that might help you understand its history? I’m trying to figure out if there’s something in the vehicle’s original equipment list that could point me in the right direction, so I tried to get window sticker from vin right in the middle of all this using this service https://carfast.express/en/window_sticker now I’m wondering if anyone here has used a similar approach to diagnose unexpected issues. How much can the original build sheet actually help when chasing down codes like these?
