Just wondering if anyone knows what the towing specs are for the '04 F-150 Lariat 4X4 with the 5.4L 3V?

It can tow up to 9,500 pounds.

Thanks. So that means I should have no problem towing by 7500 lb (dry) 5th wheel if needed.

If you have a Class III hitch, trailer brakes and anti-sway bar shold be no problem.
