I have a 2012 Canadian fi50 lariat with 3.5 ecoboost, twin turbo

Learned the hard way to change oil every 3,000

Still on my third go round with vvt.

Has anyone found a replacement engine without vvt?
My tranny is new so I would like to use it.
I'm not beyond dropping a v8 in there when the engine goes.

So my question is what have you guys done to get rid of the vvt vct .

I love my truck but I hate my engine
