Hello everyone, I have 170k KM on my 09 f150 Love this truck. But have been thinking of a engine swap I would like to a 5.4L MUSTANG SVT SUPERCHARGED ENGINE M-6007-M54 crate engine from FRPP is it possible and if so what would needed to be done to the tranny ?

What motor do you currently have in you 2009 and what transmission?

Is you truck a 2wd or 4wd?

One thing that will happen with you putting in a new 5.4L SVT...your running gear will not be able to handle the HP and torque. Next up...new transmission, new differential, new drive line....see where I'm going?

 

^ Sorry I had it in the title but its a 5.4L 4x4 supercrew not sure of the trany model
