4x4 Error
Thank you and sorry for my immediatly question.
I had a problem a month ago now. While I was driving the car went into neutral and from there it never moved again. She took her to a car repairer and realized that the problem was with the 4x4 gearbox motor which had suddenly gone into neutral. I promptly replaced the motor but from that moment on the 4x4s no longer engage. When you move the switch nothing happens. I checked the relay next to the steering column. When I turn on the car I hear the relay "trip" and the 4x4 light comes on for a moment but then when the car is turned on nothing works. Is there any other relay to check?
Today we checked the signals that reach the relay next to the right of the steering wheel.
1) Green wire 12v ok.
2) White brown wire (4x4 hi) no signal when I use switch.
3) Orange blu wire (4x4 low) no signal when I use switch.
The signal coming out of the switch has the right value on Ohms= 3.9k, 1.1k for 4x4 high, 360 for 4x4 low
Is the problem in the GEN? Thank you
