Check you tires, have them balanced and rotated. If that solve the problem then you're not out lots of money. Is the vibration felt through the whole truck, the front end or?

Tireshave been checked and balanced.
The vibration is not in the front end. It seems to be the entire truck. When in drive at 37 to 44 mph the vibration becomes noticable.
Thank you for your reply.

Crawl under the truck and check to make sure that the drive line hasn't thrown one of its balance weights.

Have the tires been trued?

I've had this before. Turned out to be a universal in the drive shaft going bad.
