My heater was working until I had a front end accident. Now I can only get cold air out of my vents. My insurance company says that Ford has had issues with a "door" in the heating system in this year model and since I can't prove that this is accident related insurance will not cover the repair. I have a 2008 with the 5.4 L V-8. Is anyone else familiar with this problem?
