I have a 2012 f150 supercrew with the eco boost. While driving down the hiway my rear tire flew off. After crashing I looked at rear end and the wheel and hub had broken off of axle. Has anyone heard of or seen this before? Scared the crap out of me. Would this be a warranty issue?
