Default new to this, help!

Whats up to all. I will start by saying I'm a newb to this site, to owning a Ford and to owning a pickup. I have been a GM guy for years but after my third Yukon with issues, I decided I needed a change. Well all I changed was symbols lol. Still having some issues and could use some help. Apparently I went out and purchased the worst year for the f150. I have 2010 f150 Lariat. It had 102k on it when I bought it. The last owner DID NOT take care of this truck very well. Even with that, It ran nice until you hit the gas hard. The engine would misfire. I did a full tune up. Still had the same issue. The coils were failing so I changed those. There was a sputter in the exhaust, it had a small leak so I swapped it out for a true dual magnaflow setup. Now when hit the gas she moves, feels great. Then all of a sudden it starts acting weird. I noticed on 2 occasions where i hit the gas to speed up on the highway there was big hesitation. Almost like it was going to shut off. Sometimes, there is this very subtle shake that lasts about a second or two when I'm slowing down. I'm not sure what to make of this behavior. One more thing. I am not sure if its related or its another issue. When I go to start the car, sometimes, it just cranks but wont turn over. I wait a second and then it will start. Some guys on the forums said it should be fixed when the spark plugs are changed as when they are bad it is known to cause thise. Well I did a full tuneup and still doing it. I checked the fuse that people say goes bad, and the fuse is fine. Any ideas? I know its a lot but I wanted to give as much info as possible.
