Default New member from Canada with cold start problems

Hi everyone.
I apologize if this has been asked before.
I have a 2018 F150 XLT Crew with the 2.7 litre ecoboost. I have had this truck since new and have always maintained it with ford recommended oil and filters, I now have 70,000 kms or 47,000 miles and my truck has now developed a cold start noise that can only be discribed as something being hit by a metal fan on rotation. It only makes this noise when the temperature is below freezing and it only lasts for about 5-10 seconds and it only does it on a cold engine start. I have looked all over under the truck and under the hood and I cannot find anything that might be causing it. I have had the truck at the dealers for 3 days and they could not find anything because the "check engine light" is not on. To me it sounds like it is coming from the passenger side turbo but it is hard to tell. I don't think it is the timing chain.
Has anybody else had this happen or do you know of anybody that has. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
I will try to add a video of the noise
Thank you
