Default Wanting to add Mods to my 2006 F150

Hello I've been browsing this site for quite some time, but have never posted. Im posting today to ask some questions about my truck, and hopefully get some feedback.

My Truck:

2006 Ford F150
V8 4.6
80,000 + Miles

Ive had my truck since 2006 and have only tinted the windows and put Flow masters on it- Now that I have some money to spend and I'd like to get some stuff done to it, I.e. Cold Air intake, Lights, wheels ..ect.

My question is if its necessary to get a cold air intake? I think I came across somewhere in this forum that my F150 already has this- I'm not quite sure.

Also, since my truck is getting towards the 100 k mark sooner than later, should I even really invest my money into it?

Sorry I'm just now learning about my truck *shakes head* and could use all the advise I can get!

Thanks!

You might consider an on=board programer like an Edge Product. I had the Evolution CTS and loved it. Made a big difference in performance and fuel saving.

Not necessary. But better performance parts will improve it overall.
