Default Project "Old School" 78 F 150

I bought this truck two years ago, I was a pile of crap... just how I like em! I am building a School bus paint theme. Please enjoy as we continue on the journey. It was stock when i bought it. It is a 78 F150 4x4 300 i-6 4 speed. Currant mods 33" tires 2" s/lift 3" body lift. F350 cab and front end. Removed plow. I am currently trying to "save" the bed.

Finally after a few days being unable to work on "Old school" I was able to work on the inside cab floor. This cab came from Tennessee and in my opinion was flawless until i pulled the original floor mat. The mat must have held moisture because it started to rust from the inside out. It was not a total loss so I sanded the rust, coated it with rust converter, put one layer of fiber glass over it, and then painted it black. I have ordered a noise reducing ,at and heat shield along with a molded 1/8" mat.

I also have some in progress pictures of the bed repair, I originally tried to find a reasonably price replacement bed, but they are becoming hard to find cheap. Because I don't have a money tree, I decided to save it, I have repair panels coming in the next few days.

So my arch repair metal and floor covering cam in Friday, i was ready to just headlong into it Saturday... but I stayed up late Friday night and spot welded in the repair panels. Once I get all the metal welded in then I will smooth and apply body filler.
