Default Cold Start Stall

Hello everybody, I have a 1995 F150XL, 2wd, auto with the 5.0 motor in it.
I am having a cold start stall issue. Truck runs amazing except for this issue.
There is no missing, no rough idle, no issues. It runs like a top and is super smooth.
Here is what I replaced so far
Plugs, rotor, cap, wires, pcv valve, air filter, oil and filter, fuel filter, IACV, seafoamed intake, new serpentine belt and tensioner, ignition switch.

The check engine light is not on and there are no trouble codes.

I have been keeping a log on cold start stalls. These issues happen like clockwork everytime based on the outside temperature and on either gas tank.

45 degrees or warmer. Cold starts instantly, no issues at all.
35 degrees. Cold starts instantly, check engine light flashes 3 times, idle drops and almost stalls. Idle picks back up and there are no issues after that.
30 degrees. Cold starts instantly, check engine light flashes 3 times, motor runs for about 15 seconds and then stalls. On restart its perfect.
25 degrees. Cold starts instantly, check engine light flashes 3 times, motor runs for about 10 seconds and then stalls. On restart its perfect.
19 degrees. Cold starts instantly, check engine light flashes 3 times, motor runs for about 5 seconds and stalls. On restart its perfect.

Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated!

Hi jgcable. I have a 1990 Bronco 2 that is doing exactly the same thing. It started about 2 weeks ago. I'm not sure if my problem changes with temperature but I've changed the IAC and the problem is still there. I did notice that the idle dips a little when first started with the engine warm also. I was thinking about getting a computer from a salvage yard to try. Let me know if you find anything and I'll do the same. Thanks.

Does your truck have an O2 sensor?

Just changed out the fuel pump relay and MAP sensor. Still doing the same thing. I did cycle the key 3 times before starting it and I didn't get the check engine light or a stall. But the RPMs did drop a little after starting it and it was quick. I'm going to try a new fuel filter and also I going to change the fuel pressure regulator.

Just got it fixed. After trying a lot of things I changed out the computer. Runs like my old one did. The truck didn't run quite the same as my previous BII when I got it. Had to have been the computer all this time.
