First, remove the air cleaner and look in the carb. Is it wet with fuel? If so, there is your problem. Could be your float bowls are over filled. If the floats wear out and they sink a bit because they have fuel in them, the bowls will over fill and dump fuel in to the carb. Start there.

Thanx for the reply!!! Does not have a carb/Fuel injected.Other than hard starting when warm it runs great. Have been thinking maybe the o2sensour but dont want to start putting $s into it without knowing if it will fix the problem.the check engine light has never come on either

OK, fuel injected. Check your fuel pressure regulator. Pull the vacuum line off and smell the vacuum line. If you smell gas then the FPR is leaking. That would suck raw gas in to your intake manifold.

Thanx for the info again, Yes i did do that and there was actually fuel comming out of the regulator.I just finished changing the regulator and seems to be working fine now. I hope that that fixes the prob as i have been chasing this for a few months. Thanx again Pete!!!!!!!!!!!
