Have a couple minor issues on my 1990 F150, 4.9 . The "Brake" and "Rear Antilock" lights are on. Rear ABS sensor was replaced a few months before I got it back.

The other issue, is the temp gauge barely moves from the "C" mark on the gauge, attached photo was taken after driving at highway speed for 30 minutes. What would be the cause? It has a brand new radiator, water pump, and thermostat. No check engine light.
