Default EXPENSIVE day For the truck..

SOOOO,.. Spent WAY too much money on the truck today...

Gears/install kits - $~750
Skyjacker 6" Platinum kit - ~1950 shipped
- Full front skid plates
- New Platinum series coils/shocks
- New AALs/block for rear
- Skyjacker limiting straps

SO. it was an expensive day lol.. Still gotta get wheels now.. gotta pay to get the gears installed, but will do the lift myself with the help of my brother.. I got a SWEET price on the Skyjacker kit, so i couldnt pass it up. THe guy charged me $100 LESS than the cheapest price i could find for the skyjacker BASIC kit that doesnt come with the new coils and skid plates.. SO i got a pretty awesome discount!!

What do you guys think?! Any suggestions on what wheels to go with? gotta be 17"s

I am SUPPPER EXCITED!! lmao

haha thanks Zach, I was pretty set on the Rancho, but i just couldnt pass up this deal! From the other trucks with the skyjacker 6" lifts, the 35's will look good. 37s look a little stuffed without some extra height.

Just a little curious on the install, should be fun haha.. Going to have someone else install the gears, as i dont really know what im doing and dont really know anyone who does, but uncle and I will tackle the lift.

Any advice you can give me on the lift to make things easier?

ive still got to mount the sliders he built for me when i get home.. decided that i AM going to mount them, jus straight instead of at an angle since i have no rocker panels.. THen depending on how high the truck actually is after the 6" lift is on, i might have my dad weld some steps onto it..
