Was given a 88 f150 4x4 that previous owner switched from automatic to manual which, is what I wanted. It needs work of course. Im going to eventually replace transmission and want to stay a manual It's straight wired and of course is dangerous. Can I add a clutch safety switch to solve this problem? It's currently a push button start, turn key and then push start.
