Hi, I have a 2007 Ford F-150 with the 5.4L triton I recently did a torque converter replacement and in the process changed the starter and now it will not start. I did a bench test with the new starter and everything was working appropriately, I am not getting 12volts at the S terminal when I turn the key though. I checked relays, all good, I then figured it was the neutral safety switch, I replace that and still nothing. Battery is good voltage and amperage and I’m absolutely stumped please help
