I'll be watching this thread. My truck is doing pretty well the same thing. Except mine is on defrost. I've heard that it could be the blend doors, and apparently the dash has to come out to change those

 

An update, my HVAC system has been working great since that one morning it messed up!

Trent, we will have to try and get together again, I would still like to look at the HVAC control panel to see if I can find something wrong with it.

 

Just let me know whatever is the best time for you, promise I won't get sick this time haha.

 

mine doesnt change positions when its really cold out, but after a quick warm up its fine

Yea all my dash blowers work fine. But if i put it on defrost it keeps blowing out as if i had it on the other settings and i dont feel much air going to windshield. Would that be the blend doors or???? Help!!
