I'm working on a 13 ford raptor with the 6.2L. Just got done putting in a new engine and transmission now it has some engine codes P1639, P2211, P0122, and P0223 could use some points on what to look at. Let me know what you all think. Thank you

 

I'd concentrate on the P0122 and P0223 first.

Your P1639 might have something to do with the swaps. Do you have a programmer so you can properly set the VIN?
