Just bought a 2007 F-150 5.4l. Problem is loud ticking on the right side. It also has screeching noise at about 1500 rpm's. Screeching goes away at about 2000 rpm's. Just changed the timing chains, guides, tensioners, oil pump and phasers. I changed all the lifters but no change. Ran the engine with the right valve cover removed and getting little oil to the lifters. Any help would be great...
