Comp Cams Coyote 5.0 Stage 3 Won't Idle on F-150

I've installed a set of comp cams 243440 stage 3 on my 2017 F-150 and it simply refuses to idle. We've been working on the tune for about a week but at every idle she stalls. We changed the firing order to match the lobes on the cam and did a bunch of other work. We've leaned out the fuel since it was being flooded which is why you can hear the backfiring but the car still won't idle. When you gas it a little all issues go away and runs smoothly but it's just that stubborn idle. Spark plugs looked fine but are old (87,000 miles) so my argument would be how can it run in high rpms if it were bad plugs. Timing was done correctly dot to dot and pistons were are TDC.
