Default Used Oil reports

This one is from my Ford Ranger 3.0l truck.
Funny thing is I have a K&N drop in filter and the review
is saying how clean the oil was. I go off road a lot and the dust
and dirt is puled everywhere under the hood. I always use Motorcraft
oil filters.

I know it a truck forum but this is what synthetic oil does for you. My Harley Ultra runs 300*+ and sometimes 315* in Phoenix weather. This oil test is during that time. Extended rides running those kind of engine temps.

I didn't know about a TBN before but the one for the Ultra is very good!!

This is a recent one from my Victory Vegas using plain Dino oil and it runs 215-230 most all the time.

Good reports Tom. I'm a fan of synthetic oil and run it in my Goldwing and Explorer. I have not done any oil analysis though, but I have had high mileage vehicles that ran on nothing but synthetic with no motor wear issues and I'm sold on it!

I'm sold on it also especially in high temp applications.

Interesting! How much do they charge for analysis? I have always wanted to do this.
