Seeing how the place I take my 2000 F150, 6 cylinder 5 speed manual with 210,000 miles it to busy to change my oil I’m going to start doing it myself. Can someone tell me what oil and filter to start using?

Hi, I know this thread is already 3 years old but I don't see much happening in this forum. Since I am new here, just to get going, I'll try to unearth this post. I will recommend you to read an article here before doing another change oil. Or I forgot to ask if you still have the truck with you? I use 5w-30 for my 2000 F150.
